Q.station 101 - The New Power Test Controller
The highly flexible controller has a Linux kernel and is used for custom applications that can be programmed in C. In addition, data logging is available without limitations. Included is an internal micro controller with 1 GB of RAM, 4 GB flash is equipped with a battery buffered real time clock, and a programmable watchdog function. Data can be transferred over the Ethernet interface. It can also be used as a web client or Email.
With two USB 2.0 ports, there is the possibility to save data with 1 MB/s (256,000 measurements/s) in a secure fashion. The USB 2.0 interface can be used for a keyboard, mouse, or modem connections or as an interface to synchronize with an external GPS receiver. An SD card slot is available for data logging or for firmware updates. Optional for the Q.station 101 is a 3.5" full VGA display with a touch screen. This new test controller can be used as an EtherCAT slave or master unit.
